United Wisconsin Grain Producers LLC (UWGP) is a locally owned ethanol production facility located in Friesland, Wisconsin. Since opening in 2003, UWGP has remained committed to supporting agriculture, producing high-quality products, and strengthening the rural communities we serve.
Built by farmers and supported by local investors, UWGP was founded with a vision of creating additional value for local corn while contributing to the long-term success of Wisconsin agriculture. Today, that same commitment continues to drive everything we do.
UWGP processes corn into a variety of products that support renewable energy, livestock feed, and agricultural markets throughout the United States and around the world. Our products include fuel-grade ethanol, distillers grains, crude corn oil, and A+ProYeast high-protein yeast ingredient.
At UWGP, we take pride in operating a safe, efficient, and dependable facility while maintaining strong relationships with producers, employees, investors, and customers. From grain delivery to product loadout, our team is focused on providing reliable service and consistent quality.
We continue to invest in operational improvements and innovation to maximize the value of every bushel processed while supporting the future of agriculture and renewable energy.
Our Mission
To add value to locally grown grains, provide members with a good return on investment, and be good stewards to our employees and community.
Our Vision
Together as stakeholders, we employ continuous process improvement, and the latest available technology to process grain into high quality biofuels and resultant feed products, while progressively maximizing energy value, minimizing overall impact on our environment, and maintaining safety as a priority.
